The home boasts a heated pool, beautiful native garden, sea views from the verandahs and is just a short walk to the beach, coastal walkways, cafes and restaurants.
The home is well suited 1 – 2 families, with three King size beds, a Queen bed, and a porta cot. All doorways have been built wider to accommodate wheelchair bound guests, and the home also has a lift that takes you from the foyer to the top floor.
Swap Dates/Periods: 20 August - 10 October 2026: Swaps during this period would be a one-way swap where we could bank a swap period for use at a later late (we are currently travelling around Australia). Swap destinations in the upper half of the North Island. December 2026 and January 2027: Happy with a series of swaps, with a minimum of 2 weeks per swap. Preferred suburbs for the Christmas period are North Shore, or near friends in the Mt Eden area. Other areas in Auckland will be considered for this period. Happy to do a series of swaps in other parts of the North Island for the rest of the summer. Any swaps, two weeks or longer during this period would be considered.
