Nelson is a perfect spot for any time of the year – with a mild climate and loads of sunshine, beaches and gateway to beautiful walks such as the Abel Tasman. Our family friendly home is light and airy with all day sun. The house is on one level, fully fenced and has 4 bedrooms. The large master is at one end of the home, with a superking bed and doors opening to a sunny deck, the 3 other bedrooms have a queen, and 2 king singles (one is a bunk style bed). Our living area has a 65″ TV with Freeview and Netflix, with doors to a lovely sunny conservatory with a large 6 seater dining table. The kitchen is the hub and has recently been renovated with large double oven and gas hobs. Outside consists of lovely undercover deck with a large table that can fit up to 10, and a covered spa area. There is plenty of parking space, enough for a boat or caravan if needed. Our cat, Moon is 9 years old and would just need feeding and spends most of his time sleeping or exploring outside.

Pets: We have a friendly cat called Moon who would just need feeding. We would like to bring our own wee black Kelpie dog, Bob with us when we swap houses. She is very well trained and likes to be with people.
