Come stay in our large family home in Lake Hayes Estate, Queenstown with views of the The Remarkables mountain range and ski-field access road from our window.
3 bedrooms, 1.5 bathrooms, 2 living areas and large kitchen with big dining table. The second lounge has a cinema projector and drop down screen which is great for movie nights. We also have 2 bedrooms at the back of the property which we rent out on Airbnb (not while house swapping though so you are free to use this too). We also have a lovely covered outside area and a private garden.
5-10 min drive from Frankton shops and 20 min drive to centre of Queenstown. Close to the bike trails. Just get on your bike and head off to explore Arrowtown, Gibbston Valley and Queenstown.
Swap Dates/Periods: We are available for swaps in the School Holidays. We want to explore more of the North Island (especially beach locations) with our 2 kids. Also happy to look at South Island Swap options such as The Catlins or Riverton.
