Our four-bedroom family home in Tauranga is a gorgeous retreat or playground for your getaway. Situated overlooking the ever-changing bay, and down a private driveway, it is sunny, fully-fenced and with all modern amenities. We have a flat section, outdoor living, BBQ, spa, and heat pump / air con. We have four bedrooms: Bedroom 1 set-up is a King bed with ensuite, Bedroom 2 and 3 have Queen beds, and Bedroom 4 is currently used as an office / playroom – we have two mattresses for the floor. A portacot is available upon request.
This is a lived-in, loved family home – plenty of books, toys, games (indoor and outdoor) and beach equipment.
Swap Dates/Periods: We are a family of four very keen to swap with anyone in the top part of the South Island in the week beginning December 14th 2026. Our kids are 13 and 15 and we want to show them this lovely part of the mainland :) We are flexible with Christmas, if you would like a stay in our part of the world over this time. Other than this date, we are very open to ideas in the 2027 school holiday periods.
