Our home is compact, with two bedrooms, a study and one and a half bathrooms. It is warm, sunny and in a peaceful area. There is a view to the mountains, and the village and lake are approximately 2-3 kilometres way. Because it is our retirement home, it is most suitable for retired couples, with possibly one additional adult. We are primarily interested in swaps within New Zealand.
