Welcome to our North Shore Auckland home, located in Castor Bay and less than a 10-minute walk from beautiful Milford Beach.
Our spacious three-bedroom home enjoys elevated views across the Hauraki Gulf to Rangitoto Island and offers plenty of space for relaxing, entertaining and exploring Auckland.
The house is spread over three levels. The top floor is dedicated to the master suite, which has its own ensuite, walk-in wardrobe and private deck with water views. This level also includes a spacious lounge with Sky TV, comfortable seating and an abundance of indoor plants, creating a peaceful space to relax, read or simply enjoy the outlook.
The middle floor is the heart of the home and includes a fully equipped kitchen, dining area, main living room, family bathroom and two additional bedrooms. This level opens onto outdoor entertaining areas and overlooks the pool and tropical gardens.
The ground floor has a media room, games room with pool table, home gym, laundry and access to the pool and outdoor living spaces.
One of our favourite things about living here is the connection between indoors and outdoors. Whether you’re enjoying a morning coffee on the deck, relaxing by the pool or spa, or taking in the view towards Rangitoto, there are plenty of places to unwind.
Milford Beach, coastal walks, golf courses, cafés, restaurants and shopping are all nearby. Auckland City is easily accessible by car or ferry, making our home an excellent base for exploring Auckland and the upper North Island.
