2 Bedroom Guest Suite attached to the back of our house in Lake Hayes Estate, Queenstown. Great for those who want a short stay in Queenstown for up to 3 people. This is rented out via Airbnb so you are welcome to book a stay while we are here (subject to availability), if we can then use your property or holiday home at another time.
The Suite is pretty busy, especially at peak times but we welcome home swap stays out of the main summer and winter seasons. Please note there are no kitchen or laundry facilities so would suit a short stay where you will eat out rather than need a kitchen.
Private entry via the side of the main property gives you access to a bedroom with single bed & wardrobe. The large main bedroom has a king bed & another single bed. There is no kitchen or cooking facilities, but a microwave, fridge, kettle & toaster is provided.
Close to Queenstown Airport, Frankton and the main shopping areas. The centre of Queenstown is around a 20 minute drive. Easy driving distance to both ski-fields.
Swap Dates/Periods: Any time that we have availability. Non-reciprocal swaps welcome - especially if you have a holiday home or unit we could swap with at another time. Interested in a main house swap for Nelson / Marlborough Sounds in Summer 2025/2026.
