Our home is in the beautiful beachside town of Avoca Beach on the central coast of NSW Australia. It consists of 3 bedrooms and a bathroom upstairs and a seperate downstairs 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom apartment. Perfect if you’d like friends to come and stay while you’re there. There is a large, leafy backyard with bbq, skate ramp and trampoline.
5 mins from the beach it’s a perfect spot to relax and explore.
Avoca has great surf, a beautiful beach, a village with cafes and shops. There are great bush walks and mountain bike tracks nearby.
The house is currently being renovated so will have a brand new designer kitchen and bathroom upstairs.
