We have a warm, modern family home in Peninsula Bay, an upmarket, quiet area of town. We are located at the edge of a 10 acre reserve with walking and biking tracks and about 10 minutes walk down to the lake. The property is fully fenced and has vegie gardens, kids trampoline and play area.
