Our four-bedroom family home in Tauranga is a gorgeous retreat or playground for your getaway. Situated overlooking the ever-changing bay, and down a private driveway, it is sunny, fully-fenced and with all modern amenities. We have a flat section, outdoor living, BBQ, spa, and heat pump / air con. We have four bedrooms: Bedroom 1 set-up is a King bed with ensuite, Bedroom 2 has a Queen bed, Bedroom 3 has a bunk and Bedroom 4 is currently used as an office / playroom – we have two mattresses for the floor. A portacot is available upon request.
This is a lived-in, loved family home – plenty of books, toys, games (indoor and outdoor) and beach equipment.
Swap Dates/Periods: We are a family of four very keen to swap with anyone in the South Island over Summer 2025/26. Ideally, we would love to secure a swap somewhere in the northern part of the South Island over New Year, and then move down south for a further week. At this stage we are very open to ideas! Our kids are 12 and 14 and we want to show them the mainland :)
