Any misuse of the messaging system is strictly prohibited and will lead to termination of your membership without refund.

Kiwi House Swap does not have control over user behaviour, as well as behaviour of other users on the Website. Kiwi House Swap Limited renounces all liability as outlined in these Terms.
Any arrangements, including exchanges between Users, are solely the responsibility of those Users. This is clearly and explicitly distinct from the Owner’s agreement with Kiwi House Swap Limited.
6. Cancellations and Disputes
Users are responsible for communicating and resolving any disputes or cancellations regarding house swap arrangements. Kiwi House Swap Limited is not liable for any disputes that may arise and is not responsible for any losses or damages incurred due to a cancellation.
